Welcome to AB Talent, a brand-new Recruitment Agency supporting the Hospitality Industry. Our office is based in Evesham but we offer our services throughout the UK. We can supply all the support needed for your kitchen, from Executive Head Chefs to Commis Chef, on both a temporary and permanent basis.
We initially launched AB Talent in the summer of 2022, for many reasons but predominantly due to the need for a hospitality agency that is quality driven whilst also being competitively priced! Although a newly established business you can rest assured we aren’t new to the industry, our team have worked first-hand in a variety of role in hotels, pubs and restaurants as well as recruitment industry experience in agencies for the past 15 years.
Our industry has been through the ups and downs over the past few years, with record sales to staffing crisis and lockdowns which had a real impact on us all. We know the value for every business to work with a recruitment partner, therefore we pride ourselves on the following.
